My Approach

I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.

 

My approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding.

 

Together we will slowly introduce and integrate new habits with whole foods and holistic practices that help increase energy, reduce stress and shed excess weight naturally and sustainably without adhering to strict diets, counting calories or punishing yourself at the gym.  

 

We will investigate and work towards releasing old behaviors and beliefs that are no longer serving your current goals.  You will learn to work WITH your body and not AGAINST it. 

 

I will support and guide you towards developing a peaceful partnership between your mind and body that is built from a place of love, respect, compassion and appreciation. 

 

We will emphasize ways to create a more empowered relationship with food that feels intuitive, relaxed and in control. 

 

During our work together, you will learn the difference between physical and emotional hunger and understand not only how to feed your BODY to reach it’s optimum health, but how to truly nourish your SPIRIT as well.
