Drawing from over a decade of experience, I curate a unique system of support that is tailor made for YOU to create the life of YOUR dreams.

In this intimate setting with all of our time devoted to you and your healing, we are able to get a much more detailed picture about your specific needs, challenges and ultimate goals.

My coaching style focuses on the entire being and incorporates a blend of mindset work, inquiry, self-hypnosis, meditation, nervous system regulation, somatic healing and embodiment, but is always led by whatever is most present in YOUR life, asking for the most attention in real time.

I offer specific coaching and teach you the necessary tools and practices that will have the greatest impact on whatever you need most in the moment.

24 weekly 1-hour coaching sessions via phone or zoom (your preference!)
Additional text support between calls via Voxer or email (I check and respond to messages Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST)

Investment: $3600

6 monthly payments of $600 OR 1 time payment of $3240 (includes a 10% pay-in-full discount)

* Private Youth Coaching is available for kids/teens ages 12-18. This 3 month package includes 12 weekly sessions via zoom

Investment: $1650

3 monthly payments of $550 OR 1 time payment of $1485 (includes a 10% pay-in-full discount)

Tune Up Sessions

Available ONLY to clients who have either completed a round of 6 month Private Coaching OR a group coaching program with Katie

Single Tune Up Session: $175
